CONTINGENCY KEY MODULE

Purpose : The Contingency Key Module was devised mainly to let you resume your daily operations by granting you access to your data during a power shortage or technical mishap. This module allows you to stock a copy of your data on an easy of use and handy USB Flash Drive. The critical information dispatching needs will be there, insuring that they remain fully operational. All you need to do to access, consult and print your files is to use a functional computer. To provide a smooth transition of your operations, a condensed version of your information is exported in PDF format for easy viewing.

Description : Stand-alone module that exports automatically a selection of reports. The module being always operational in the background, the data transfer to the USB Flash Drive (or any other medium) is achieved via the Qt-Time and Resources interface at predetermined intervals and according to a predefined set of parameters.

The Contingency Key Module will automatically save reports in an electronic format allowing you to configure the time-frame and parameters of those extracted reports. In the event of a power shortage or any other situation compromising access to the Qt-Time and Resources server, you just have to print your reports and resume your operations manually. And if you cannot access your computers or printers at all, you can still print your reports at any copy store, USB Flash Drive in hand. This is the reason why it is recommended to save your reports to a USB Flash Drive due to its easy access and transportability.

No. Saving of PDF format reports can be done at the location of your choice, like a shared hard-drive.
