As the first edition of the Gala Méritas Saint-Leonard, the second edition also had a great success. Not less than 200 people were present at this evening of acknowledgement for work excellence of participating companies. Numerous personalities of Saint-Leonard’s political and business worlds took part to the event. Of 40 companies that participated in the competition, 21 were nominated as finalists and 12 came out winners.

 

The evening was perfectly orchestrated. It was very professional and we particularly appreciated the message of the politicians who were anxious to congratulate the CREC on its involvement with companies. There was finally a prize-giving ceremony for the winners and the finalists. A special tribute was awarded to Mister Gérard Soulard, retired high-ranking civil servant, for its contribution to Saint-Leonard economic development.

The evening, which started around 6:30 pm after a cocktail of opening, came to an end around 10:30 pm in a very cordial atmosphere.
